Postgraduates
BACIP aims to provide support for postgraduate students, assistant psychologists, and clinical trainees, and to this end has a Postgraduate Representative on our Steering Group. We are particularly interested in assisting postgraduates with research projects into psychology and Christianity, or the relation of psychology to spirituality and religion, and to this end have provided reference lists and examples of previous or current research projects conducted by other BACIP members. Additionally there are a number of BACIP members who would be happy to give specific advice and can be initially contacted over the main mailing list or at our annual conference.
We are currently organizing a working group to look at spiritual and religious competencies for applied psychology training courses. If you are interested in being a part of this group or would like to know more, please contact our .
Various postgraduate members of BACIP have convened informal gatherings at the L'Abri Fellowship, a residential study centre in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. For details of the next meeting, click here.
