Are you a Christian studying psychology at university, or a Christian working as a psychologist in a health, educational, academic, or commercial setting? Are you troubled by antagonism from Christians who are critical of psychology, or from secular psychologists who are hostile to Christianity? Would you welcome the opportunity to discuss and think through issues that lie on the interface between faith and the secular study of human thought and behaviour? Are you keen to explore ways of integrating Christianity and professional psychological practice? Are you troubled by the apparent conflicts between biblical Christianity and secular psychology? Would you benefit from the support, encouragement, and fellowship of other Christian psychologists and psychology students who are part of a national network that includes some of the most senior psychologists in the country?

If you can answer yes to any of these questions, then BACIP is for you! BACIP was founded so that we can support and encourage each other. We also affirm our responsibility as Christians to integrate our learning as psychologists with our faith. You can find out more about our aims and activites here, or to read about the benefits of belonging to BACIP, click here.
